I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! If there’s an issue within the first 24 hours of you receiving your package I will fix the issue free of charge. If an issue occurs and it’s a customer error or you wait more than 24 hours to contact me, you will have to pay for the service and shipping. Sizing issues are NOT considered a service issue. If you are a new customer, when you order you will get a follow up email asking about your sizes. If you don't know your sizes I offer sizing kits in the tips I use for $5. I strongly suggest purchasing one. Sizing issues are going to fall under a customer error. Please note when you order custom nails there’s a varying labor charge. This amount depends on your set. We will be offering special golden tickets. These will be placed in random orders. These tickets will have a code on them for a free gift card to apply to your next order.
